Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you would like a refund, we are happy to accommodate you – without providing any reason and within the scope of the following policies[1].

Refund Conditions

Statutory Right of Withdrawal (14 Days): For online purchases, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal[1]. Within this period, you may cancel the purchase and receive a full refund. The period begins on the day the contract is concluded. If, during this period, you have already started to make use of our service (e.g., attended a class), a proportional amount for the services already provided will be withheld[2] – we will refund the rest to you. (Example: If you have used only 1 unit of a 5-Class Pass, we will refund 4 × $12 = $48.) Please note that once the service has been fully provided – for example, when all units of a pass have been used – the right of withdrawal no longer applies[3].

Voluntary Goodwill Policy (beyond 14 days): Even after the 14-day period has expired, we offer refunds. Unused Single Passes ($15 per class) can be fully refunded as long as the class has not yet been attended. 5-Class Passes ($60 for 5 classes) will be refunded proportionally for all unused units. This means you will receive the value of the remaining classes back ($12 per unused class). For example, if you have used 2 out of 5 classes, we will refund you 3 × $12 = $36. Once all units of a multi-pass have been used, no refund is possible. This generous refund policy is valid indefinitely; however, we recommend submitting your refund request as soon as possible after purchase (see also refund time limits by payment method below).

Payment Method and Refund Timeframes

Please note the technical timeframes of payment providers for processing refunds[4]:

  • Affirm – Refunds possible up to 120 days after the original payment

  • Afterpay – Refunds possible up to 120 days after payment

  • Klarna – Refunds possible up to 180 days after payment

  • PayPal – Refunds possible up to 180 days after payment

(According to Wix Payments guidelines, refunds through the above services can only be made within the specified timeframes[4]. After these periods, a reversal to the same payment method may no longer be possible.)

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us via email at maxuot.together@gmail.com. Please provide your name, the email address used for the purchase, and preferably an order or transaction number so that we can quickly identify your request. Once we receive your request, we will confirm the cancellation and immediately initiate the refund. The refund will – wherever technically possible – be issued to the original payment method used.

Please note that after our processing, it may take several business days for the amount to be credited to your account (typically 3–5 business days, depending on your bank/credit card provider)[5]. You will receive a confirmation from us once the refund has been processed.

Non-Transferable Passes

Our entry passes are personal and non-transferable. This means that only the person who purchased the pass can use it. Refunds can therefore only be issued to the original buyer and the payment method used.
