What is Hyrox?
The event that combines strength and endurance. Eight kilometers, eight stations, plenty of sweat and motivation. Whether beginner or pro, single or double, this is where both physical and mental limits are put to the test.
HYROX
Eight functional exercises alternate with eight kilometers of running. The goal is to reach the finish line as quickly as possible while performing the exercises correctly.
The stations: Ski Erg, Sled Push, Sled Pull, Burpee Broad Jumps, Rowing, Farmer’s Carry, Sandbag Lunges, and Wall Balls.

Our outdoor gym not only offers the ideal conditions to complete your HYROX training, but thanks to our community, everyone is pushed to get the very most out of each session. With our location on the Danube Island, we also have the perfect setup to incorporate running into our workouts—or to cool off together in the Danube on warm summer days after training.
